Ward Development Committee (Q1/Q2): Accountability in Action
Ward Development Committees convened virtually to review performance and community priorities, resulting in tangible improvements in service availability and grievance redress mechanisms. The quarterly sessions featured dashboards, feedback collection, and an observer segment to ensure transparency and inclusivity.
Refresher Training of Trainers: Advancing Survivor‑Centered Facilitation
A two‑day virtual intensive training engaged facilitators across multiple regions. Interactive polls and breakout sessions boosted engagement, with 90% of participants reporting improved skills and confidence. The training strengthened competencies in trauma‑informed practice, community mobilization, and safeguarding protocols.
N‑THRIP Monthly Outreach: Service Linkages Strengthened
Community Volunteers (CVs) and Community Tracking Workers (CTWs) conducted recurring virtual outreach across three LGAs, delivering health education and referral information. Data shows increased attendance at clinics and improved documentation completeness in DHIS, strengthening service linkages and accountability.
